WHAT ABOUT THE RETENTION?
The lashes will last until the natural lashes fall out, which is part of the natural hair growth cycle.
IS THE SYSTEM SAFE?
Our systems are tested, safe and reliable! The operating instructions and all safety instructions must be read and followed before use.
DOES THE LIGHT HARM THE EYE?
As long as you follow our safety instructions, it won’t harm your eyes! You just need to make sure that neither you nor your customers are looking directly into the light. However, if the system is used correctly, this won’t be the case because the lamp is shining from above onto the closed eyelid, not directly into the eye.
In addition, as a stylist, your eyes do not come into direct contact with the light, and our safety glasses provide additional protection.
In short: Follow all safety instructions in the operating manual and you and your clients will be safe!
DOES THIS WORK WITH ALL LASHES?
Yes, our UV lash lights work on all types of lashes, regardless of brand, including mink lashes, silk lashes, cashmere lashes, easy fan lashes, flat lashes, pre-made lash fans, and more!
WHAT IF WEAR MAGNIFYING GLASSES?
Wearing safety glasses is not mandatory, so magnifying glasses can be worn. The reason is simple: safety glasses are an additional, but not mandatory, safety device.Why? It is sufficient to avoid looking directly into the light. But why should you do this? You guessed it: you have to deliberately point the head of the light toward your eyes, which makes no sense. Normally, the light is directed downward and does not make contact with your eyes. Therefore, wearing safety glasses is not absolutely necessary.
WHAT IS THE LFESPAN OF THE LEDS?
The lamp has an incredible lifespan of approximately 30,000 hours! At 1.5 hours per client, that means you can treat 20,000 clients with this lamp.If we assume 40 clients per week (5 x 8 clients per day) – which is also a significant number – then this means that the lamp will work for 500 weeks. Therefore, it would take about 9.5 years.Here, we are calculating that the lamp is on all the time during the treatment, which is not the case. You can therefore multiply these values by 3 or 5.
FOR WHOM SHOULD THE SYSTEM NOT BE USED?
Treatment of pregnant or breastfeeding women should only be carried out after prior consultation with a doctor. If in doubt, treatment should be avoided.The light should not be used if the eyes of the person receiving treatment show any of the following symptoms when exposed to the light: abrasions, keloids or unhealed scars, herpes, psoriasis, other infectious or inflammatory skin diseases, fungal infections, wounds, sunburn, neurodermatitis, skin cancer.The light should not be used if the user or person being treated has any of the following symptoms:Epilepsy, polymorphic photosensitive dermatosis, photosensitive dermatosis, radiation or chemotherapy, hemophilia.The light should not be used if the user or person being treated is taking photosensitizing medications such as neuroleptics, systemic dermatology medications, and antiepileptics.
